Last week, our team from every Adroit branch came together at RACV Creswick for our 2026 Annual Conference — a special event marking 25 years of Adroit Insurance & Risk.

This year’s focus was clear: invest in our people so we can continue delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients.

Across two days, our Risk Advisers, Claims and Support teams took part in technical training, policy-focused sessions and a comprehensive market update from our key underwriter partners. We challenged our thinking, strengthened our expertise and explored how we can continue raising the standard of advice and service we provide.

Beyond the learning, the conference reinforced the power of connection. Day one concluded with an energetic Battle of the Branches featuring Segway races, archery and laser shooting, with Gippsland taking home the trophy. Day two welcomed our Claims and Support teams for further collaboration, including a creative team painting session, before we celebrated achievements at our Great Gatsby gala awards night.

Bringing every branch together reminded us that when we invest in our people and work as one team, we build a stronger future for our clients and our communities.
