This week, Adroit Ballarat welcomed Belinda from our Gippsland office as part of her Emerging Risk Advisers program, giving her the opportunity to visit clients and see how the Ballarat team works together.

Spending time in another branch is a valuable way for our emerging Risk Advisers to learn from colleagues, share experiences and see different approaches to supporting clients. For Belinda, the visit offered a closer look at the Ballarat office’s day-to-day work and the relationships the team has built with local businesses.

The visit also provided an opportunity to connect outside the office. Belinda joined Ballarat’s emerging Risk Advisers, Lauren and Tarlea, along with Travis, Carly and Chantelle, for dinner before experiencing the AURA Sound & Light Spectacular at Sovereign Hill, one of our clients.

It was a memorable way to experience a client’s business firsthand while strengthening connections between our branches.
