Adroit Conference 2025: The Broking Evolution – Reach for the Stars!
The Adroit Conference 2025 brought together staff from all of our branches at the RACV Resort in Torquay for two days of training, networking and celebration. Under the theme The Broking Evolution – Reach for the Stars! the focus was on embracing innovation, adapting to change and setting ambitious goals to provide the best possible service to clients.
Day 1 featured insightful discussions on risk management and industry evolution, encouraging attendees to challenge their thinking and embrace new ideas. Staff reconnected, shared knowledge and strengthened relationships. A highlight of the day was an inspiring and exhilarating talk by Daniel Bull of Unstoppabull who shared his journey of resilience and overcoming challenges.
Day 2 continued with valuable learning and professional development. Kirk Peterson from Performance Shift led a feedback session and attendees participated in a team-building drumming session. The day focused on industry trends, risk solutions and professional growth ensuring staff were equipped with the knowledge and strategies to support clients in an evolving landscape. The event concluded with a heartfelt and inspiring keynote from Tim and Judy Sharp of @laserbeakman with A Double Shot of Happiness. A powerful end to an incredible conference.
Then it was time to light up the night and ‘Reach for the Stars’ for our galactic gala dinner.
As client expectations continue to evolve the conference reinforced the need to stay innovative, identify emerging risks and provide seamless risk solutions. Adroit remains committed to adapting, challenging the status quo and reaching new heights in risk advisory.
