Celebrating Community Impact: Cultura Takes Home 2025 Capital Grant at Adroit Golf Day Pitch Night

What a night! We’re still feeling the energy and inspiration from the 2025 Adroit Insurance & Risk Golf Day Capital Grant Pitch Event in Geelong. In partnership with the Geelong Community Foundation, we came together to shine a light on three incredible organisations making a real impact in our region — and to continue our commitment to giving back to the community that supports us.

A huge congratulations to Cultura, who were selected as this year’s Capital Grant recipient. They’ll receive $75,000 in funding to revitalise their computer lab — creating better access to digital literacy, employment pathways, and connection for culturally diverse individuals across Geelong and surrounds.

It’s projects like this that remind us why we do what we do. Cultura’s vision for inclusion and empowerment resonated with all of us, and we’re proud to play a small part in helping them create opportunities where they’re needed most.

The night also featured inspiring pitches from Common Ground Project and The Good Neighbourhood Project — both equally passionate about building stronger, more resilient communities. It was no easy task choosing a recipient, and we commend each organisation for the incredible work they do every day.
