1. Bringing Teams Together with Men’s Health Lunches

Across our branches, we’ve hosted Men’s Health Lunches, creating a welcoming space for our teams to connect and discuss health topics that matter. These gatherings sparked meaningful conversations, breaking down stigmas and encouraging everyone to prioritize their health.

2. Sharing Knowledge and Resources

Throughout the month, we’ve shared informative factsheets packed with tips and insights into key men’s health issues. Topics ranged from mental health and stress management to nutrition, exercise, and the importance of regular check-ups.

Our webinars provided another platform to engage with experts, offering our team members practical advice and answers to their health-related questions.
