In the event of an emergency please contact your Account Manager directly or our Claims Department on 1300 6923 7648 as soon as possible to process your claim.
To prevent any further damage or loss, here is a quick step guide as to what to do if your emergency involves your vehicle or property
Motor
- Make sure your vehicle is secure to prevent any further damage or loss.
- If the third party is at fault, obtain the driver’s name, residential address, phone number, registration and license number.
- Take photographs of the damage.
- If your vehicle cannot be driven, contact the following to arrange a tow to the nearest repairer.

All other areas – please contact the nearest towing company - Please call our office on 1300 6923 7648 or complete a Motor Claim Form online , so we can lodge a claim for you.
Property
- Make sure your property is secure and any danger to you or your visitors is removed.
- Contact SES if necessary.
- Take photographs of the damage.
- If roof damage is suspected, arrange temporary repairs to ensure no further damage occurs.
- If damage to electrical items, switch off mains and contact an electrician.
- If you have a leaking pipe, contact a plumber to stop the leak.
- In the event of theft or malicious damage, contact the police and ensure doors and windows are secured.
- f you have water damage, seek assistance of a Restorer as soon as possible, or we can arrange one for you.
- Please call our office on 1300 6923 7648 or complete a Property Claim Form online, so we can lodge a claim for you.
Stolen Vehicle
- If your vehicle is stolen and recovered, the Police will contact you to collect it from the relevant location. PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS – contact Adroit with the location and we will arrange for the Insurance company to collect it and tow to a Repairer for them to complete a Sharps test & Mechanical Inspection.
