Ash began her career in the insurance industry in 2025, bringing with her over a decade of experience in customer service and management. Since joining Adroit’s Claims team, she has quickly become a trusted point of contact for clients navigating their claims journey.
Known for her strong people skills and supportive approach, Ash is passionate about helping others and committed to delivering a positive client experience from start to finish.
Outside of work, Ash is actively involved in local netball with East Geelong FNC and enjoys snowboarding in her spare time.
