James brings more than 20 years’ experience operating small businesses across the hospitality, tourism and fitness industries, along with 10 years’ experience in insurance broking. His firsthand understanding of the challenges business owners face allows him to provide practical insurance advice and help clients protect what they have worked hard to build.
James values building strong relationships with his clients, taking the time to understand their business, identify potential risks and find insurance solutions suited to their individual needs.
Outside of work, James enjoys sport, particularly AFL, trail running and ocean swimming with Byron Bay’s winter whales.
