With over 30 years in the insurance industry, Josie brings a wealth of experience and a passion for people to her role as Operations Manager at Adroit Insurance & Risk. Her career began at QBE Insurance in the Workers Compensation division before moving into General Insurance in 2000. She joined Adroit in 2009 as a Customer Service Officer and, through her dedication and leadership, was appointed Operations Manager in 2017.
Josie thrives on the dynamic nature of her role, which blends her extensive insurance knowledge with hands-on team leadership. She is known for her team-first attitude and her commitment to ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently. Whether it’s coordinating internal events, managing sponsorships, supporting staff volunteering initiatives, or leading fundraising activities, Josie is deeply involved in all aspects of team and community life at Adroit.
Her dedication extends beyond the office. Josie plays an instrumental role in organising the Geelong Adroit Charity Golf Day, an event that has raised over $1 million for local charities under her leadership.
