Beyond the office, Madison is deeply engaged in her local community. As a player and junior coach at her local Football Netball Club, she values the sense of connection and teamwork that community sport fosters. Coaching has honed her ability to work effectively with a variety of personalities—a skill she applies daily in her professional role.
