Melinda brings 20 years of insurance industry experience to her role, with a strong background across claims, client service and business insurance. Her previous experience within an underwriting claims department gives her valuable insight into how claims teams operate, helping her support clients with a practical and well-rounded approach.
During her eight years with Adroit, Melinda has worked across Claims, Assistant Risk Adviser and Internal Risk Adviser roles, gaining broad exposure to business and domestic insurance. She has experience supporting clients across industries including NDIS, trades, stock and station agencies, hair and beauty, and fitness.
Melinda enjoys the challenge of finding solutions for hard-to-place risks and is committed to delivering prompt, clear and reliable service. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, being involved in her children’s activities, exercising, walking her dog and listening to podcasts.
