Ryan is a driven and dynamic professional currently serving as Business Improvement Leader at Adroit Insurance & Risk. With a diverse background across human resources, IT, and operations, he brings a holistic approach to process improvement and organisational efficiency.
Ryan began his journey at Adroit as a Human Resources Intern before broadening his experience in the public sector with Cenitex, where he played a key role in digital transformation initiatives as part of a Graduate Business and IT program. Returning to Adroit, he has since taken on increasingly strategic responsibilities, helping to drive continuous improvement across the organization.
Outside of work, Ryan is actively involved in the community. He supports Adroit’s regional golf days in Geelong, Albury, and Ballarat, volunteers with the Lazarus Community Centre, and has previously assisted with Auskick sessions in Ocean Grove.
