Tarlea brings four years of insurance broking experience to her role, with a strong foundation in client service, policy placement and claims support. Her work focuses across domestic, Strata and small SME insurance, giving her a practical understanding of the everyday risks faced by individuals, property owners and small businesses.
With Tier 1 and Tier 2 qualifications, Tarlea is also participating in the Emerging Risk Adviser Program, further strengthening her technical knowledge and industry capability. She has a strong interest in finding competitive insurance solutions for clients, using her negotiation skills to secure suitable policies and support positive claims outcomes.
Tarlea values building trusted relationships and takes pride in helping clients feel informed and supported throughout the insurance process. Outside of work, she volunteers at the Sebastopol Primary Breakfast Club, reflecting her commitment to giving back to the local community. She also enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly nature hikes and bird watching.
