At Adroit, we believe in showing up for our community—and sometimes, that means showing up with cereal, fruit, and a warm smile.

Every Thursday morning, our Ballarat team rolls up their sleeves and gets stuck in at Breakfast Club, creating a welcoming space for local students to start their day the right way. We know the value of a healthy breakfast—it’s about more than just food. It’s about making sure no student starts their school day hungry or left out.

For the past eight years, we’ve been proud to support this program. Some mornings, we serve up to 50 students before the first bell rings. Rain, hail or shine, our team is there—because we know these small moments can spark lasting impact.

Nothing brings this home more than receiving a handwritten card from the Year 5/6 students. Their words are heartfelt reminders that what we’re doing matters. We’re not just handing out toast or fruit—we’re building trust, connection and care within our local community.

We’re grateful for everyone who helps make this happen—our passionate team, the dedicated school staff, and the wonderful students we get to see each week. Together, we’re making sure no one misses out.
